My Ultimate Stack!

Newbie here looking for some advice. Please help me get started here, I need it, and will use it.
I am a 220 lb. 27 year old male with some cheeseburger man boobs, and a beer belly to match. When I was 19 I did a 12 week cycle with Sust, Dbol, and Primonabol. I didn't know what I was doing (not that I do now) and didnt get any big gains. I am looking to be a bit more serious with this stack and want to make sure I get nice results. What I am asking is some advice on the best Diet and cutting stack for my buck. I know a lot of you have different opinions on this, but any opinion is better than me walking blind into this. I have a couple of books to guide me, but would love to here from people that have actually experienced what works for them! So far I am attracted to the following:

Sustenon 250mg every 5 days
Equipoise 75mg every other day
Noivedex 10mg a day

welcome. your cycle looks a little messed up tho. sus e4d and EQ @ 400mgs a week should be fine. run them both for 10 weeks. BTW, where did you get EQ @ 75mg eod (lol)sorry but that would be horrible. anyways u got to some more research bro but it doesnt take long to learn alot here. goodluck
 
If you have "cheeseburger" man boobs and a beer gut, you should try getting in shape before you start medicating with steroids. Just because you worked out and did a cycle 8 years ago, doesnt mean your ready to just hop back into it like that.

Lesson 1: All the gear in the world is not going to change the fact that you are carrying too much bodyfat ( by your own admission), and that should be addressed before turning to gear. Lesson 2: Diet is THE most important thing in this game, regardless of whether you are on or off...Get your diet down first (this could take a significant amount of time, or very little...) then look into using the drugs...

How long have you been training for now anyway?

i would start off by tracking my diet first, set up a good program. low carb/high protein/low fat works well for many people

training when cutting should be 4-6days/week

adding cardio as progress slows, and adjusting the diet to keep loosing fat

gear should be added once you drop below 10% body fat, untill you do, gear is not needed

try eating 1g/protein per lb of bodyweight, same for the carbs, keep fat intake under 50g/day coming mostly from healthy fats
 
I have been lifting now for 2 months 4 times a week. I am looking better and am always working on cardio. As far as my diet, I am more deticated than most. I am willing to eat the same "perfect meal" everyday 5 times a day if needed. I am sorry I described myself as being extremely out of shape with the manboobs, but I guess I am looking for an extremely good program here. Some good cutting stack advice would be great. The EQ was a suggestion from a guy I know, he claimed 300 mgs a week but split up so that you are taking a shot every other day. I am working on my diet and getting my body ready for this cycle, Until I am convinced that I am ready I will not start. Please, dont look at me like a child wanting to just blow up without a concern in the world. I just want some Ideas on what cutter stacks have worked well for people my size.

Bro, I know that when you have your mind made up, im guessing you have already decided your gonna do a cycle, its hard to take the right advice and change your mind.

What you have to realize is that what the Terminator stated is totally correct, you can take all the steriods in the world and when you are done you will still have hamburger man boobs, a beer belly, and most likely due to some extra muscle underneath, you will look even fatter. I tried this route about 4 years ago, I was about 20%bf and did a sus and deca cycle thinking it would make me a little bigger and make me look a little leaner, well I was wrong, of course I got stronger, I got strong as shit, but I didnt look any better.

A year later I got on a strict diet, lost about 20lbs in a 2 month period, got down to about 15%bf, then went on a cycle. I felt a lot smaller after losing the weight but had a lot less bodyfat, then went on a cycle and put on about 15lbs of solid muscle while still dieting.

This time when all was said and done, I was about 12% bf, strong as an ox, and looked awesome.

I know you want to jump into a cycle, but what you dont realize is that there is a smart way to go about it. Im telling you.
 
i would go more than once a week,i think 2x is good but yes i agree eod is dumb especially at75mgs a day. btw how r u getting 75 mgs of eq. most are either 50mg/ml or 200mg/ml
