My Thoughts on Yohimburn....

I am with Mrs Guns on this one.... the stuff is VERY COOL!

The results on my abs and little love-handle thingies were within TWO DAYS.... the behind and back of thighs I could see a definite difference in A WEEK.

VERY COOL (and tingly) THTUFF! hehehehee

the first 8 weeks I am on a 4400 calorie diet
the last 4 weeks I am on a 2500 calorie diet and trying to lean up
I am planning to use yohimburn in the last 4 weeks, I would mind adding it into the first 4 as well but am i going to undo all the results that I would achieve. So basically should I hit up yohimburn twice or once?
 
what if I'm sweating?

I just started using this product yesterday, and had a few questions. I use it once in the morning and once at night, right bf my workout. About 1/3 each time. I do heavy cardio about 2 hours after I apply it at night, I sweat a lot during this time, has the solution already been aborbed into the skin by this time? I read somewhere it has a half life of 7 mins? Just want to make sure tho.. :D Also, it might have already been explained but basically how does the cream penetrate the skin? My friend asked me, and I didn't have answer. lol the smell sure is strong, keeps my roomates away from the 2nd floor where my bedroom is :D

not quite as simple as that. yohimbine it self has a very short half life (11 min ...at least when taken orally).. it is metabolised rather quickly in the contact of the right enzymes(though the high local concetrations will increase half life(once released systemically still apprx 11min). its metabolites have a much longer half life (10-oh yoh about 10hrs).

With respect to how frequently it may be applied to site without dimishing effect of prior applications.. 2 to 4. but four times may be too much unless exactly spaced and/or no "washing of site in between apps"... Ideally appplication should be at least 4hrs apart (preferably 6hr). This will vary on the speed of penetration and delivery which will vary.. but 4-6hrs will result in most of previous app being "delivered" (most important window of delivery is the first 1-2hrs).. this of course does vary depending on skin thickness, hydration, intercellular space, and several other facotrs........ more frequent apps MAY not dimish effectiveness if there is no "washing of site" in between apps. though you may get more systemic uptake (this seems to vary)

washing the site too soon after application is not good... but by 2 hours after application washing is of little consequence..


Some of those postulations above were based upon theoretical projections of uptake that have since been found to be skewed.

Though preferably WASHING should not take place until at LEAST 2hrs after application.

Sweating seems to have little effect on total uptake, other than increasing it.. though sweating also often leads to increased systemic uptake, which many find to be beneficial to workout :).

Also more frequent application as delineated above has been shown for many to cause a great increase in water retention.. 1-2 times per day is better both results and appearance wise.. from experiences of users..

Oh Ok, I see now, yeah you wouldnt want to wash it off after you put it on!!! Anyway, I only put it on twice a day, and I wash before each application to get all the dirt and such off, and dead skin cells off. That should increase absortion right?

YES


it helps if you use a loofah or body scrub several times a week as well

if twice a day dosing many people find better results with different app sites in AM and PM.. but some like to apply to same sites.. personal preferences :p
