My Thermorexin Diary......

I just ordered some a few hours ago, and it should be here wed I believe. This is going to be the most specific diary I can possibly make it based on feeling, and most of all, my change in physical appearence. I'm just coming out of 2 knee surgeries. ACL reconstruction and a meniscul repair. I'm 5 weeks 3 days post op of the ACL reconstruction. I'm 21 years old and about 170 pounds right now. Just before the accident I was 206 pounds, however that was 3 months ago. Amazing what trauma to your body does to your weight. Anyway, I'm 5 foot 7 and I'm going to see how this stuff does in my current situation. I'm currently taking 300mgs of deca a week, along with 100mgs of enanthate to keep Mr Happy going. THe deca seems to be helping my recovery well, I'm healing really fast and I'm way ahead of schedule in my rehab, though I still can feel when not to push it. Knee injuries are no fun. I can't put on alot of size right at the moment since I can't lift heavy, so I'll swing the other direction and attempt to see how nice and lean I can get. I'll take some before pics, as well as after, though if you want to get an idea of what I look like, these were taken at a weight of about 200, a week before I messed up my knee.

I still have that shape, although smaller now (uh of course, by about 36 pounds lol), and leaner than that. As for dosing, I'm going to stick with the 1 tab a day first day guideline, though I believe I'll end up taking more than that, since I seem to not respond well to any type of stimulant at all. It takes me 8 NYC a day to get going, and 12 Xenadrines. I've never responded well to any of that type of thing, ever. Back a long time ago, when I was still in school I snorted quite a bit of coke several times and each time it proceeded to do absolutely nothing to me, while everyone else proceeded to trip out pretty well. I guess I'm fortunate thats a road I know I'll never travel down. Anyway, I figured I'd lend my experience in here, as I can update very often, as I'm not currently involved with anything except my knee, I hope this can occupy some of my time. As for cardio and diet and WO. I do a 40/30/30 based on my bodyweight times 12 or 13. I ride the bike twice a day for 10-15 minutes at a crack, with me lifting 5 days a week, along with doing various leg exercises. The biking is not intense at all, though it does get me sweating sometimes. I'll update as soon as the stuff gets here. Hope I have a good time with this. :)
