My test prop and winny cycle

started my cycle on sunday
1-8 100mg test p EOD
1-8 100mg winny EOD
formastana 4 am 4 pm
PCT nolva, unleased, formastana, possibly clomid

took first shots sunday afternoon 1cc of ea in seperate pins to the thighs

going to be rotating thighs glutes delts

first day not so much pain felt a little anxious and wired for a few hours but nothing crazy.

on Monday the winny was a little sore nothing to really write home about (not even enough to take an aleve)

Monday workout: chest and bis

felt extremly focused during my workout got crazy pumps and my veins were poppin more then before. I've always been able to see viens but never poppin from my skin so i was pleased. Weights stayed the same even struggled a little where i normally wouldnt but I think it was from the crazy pumps I was getting. Looked huge felt great didnt want to leave the gym. sweated like a hooker in church

food yesterday:

8am: 6oz chicken cottage cheese on WW bread
11am: 6 oz chicken cup of spinach
230pm: 8oz chicken orange and apple
530: banana scoop of PB
6-730: workout + cardio
730: 1 1/2 scoop of whey 45g protien
830: 8oz steak 1/2 cup uncooked brown rice cup of spinach
1130: scoop of cassien handful of almonds

1.5 gallons of water
6 fish oils caps

foods i cycle thruout the week: ground beef, steak, chicken, turkey, lamb, asparagus, spinach, snap peas, spring mix salad, edarame? beans, cottage cheese, potatoes, brown rice, cucumbers, celery, apples and oranges

taking second shots today after work
 
yea im pumped to see the results. Im hovering right around 2000 cals a day. Im trying to keep them as low as possible while still getting my 250+ g of protien. my stats right now

im hoping to be around 225lbs at a good 10% after this
 
took second shots last night in glutes. Went in like buttaaaah. very faint to zero soreness today. zero pain in thigs from sundays shots.

Hit Back and Tris last night

No added weight gain but on most of my lifts on the the last set I usually push out 5-6 and was able to push for 6-8. Starting to notice more and more vascularity in my forearms. Sweating like a mothaaa 15 min into my workout.

hopefully will have some before pics up soon. planning to get some week 1, 4, 8, after PCT pics posted
 
put in an order with Mrsupps for some more formastana..asked for some fat burner samples. iv always used lipo but since im patiently waiting for needto to drop the new and improved i figured id see what else is out there. hopefully they send me out a few diff sample packets to try out and if i like one of them i am going throw it in towards the end of my cycle to shed a little extra BF.
 
trained shoulders n traps last night

zero pain on prob shot from day before; slight pain from winny shot but nothing i noticeable unless I rub the area

prob one of the best workouts i have had.

shrugs got a new PR 505 3x (prob could have went more but my wraps slipped out)

pumps like you wouldnt believe, extremely focused, sweat like crazy, did not want to stop working out

been in an extremly good mood as of late, feel motivated, real confiden almost unstopable and its only day 4 :)

love waking up sore evey morning from beastin the night before.

only negative i have so far is that I wana bend over every girl i see at the gym in yoga pants under 130lbs..I workout with my girl sometimes n i always catch that "i seen you look at her ass whats it better than mine" face; but then i go home and hit it like a savage and the world goes on

730am: 2 servings carving board deli turkey breasts, coffee
1030: 93% lean patted and rinsed ground beef with water chestnuts
1pm: 99% FF chicken breast soaked in egg sprinkled in bread crumbs baked with some marinara, oranange
4pm: same as 1pm
530-7: training
7pm: PWO shake with 4 strawberries and a banana blended in
830: 8oz steak, baked potatoe, asparagus, 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
11pm: hanful of almonds cassien shake

shot in delts last night. more painful than I was expecting. Im not sure if its just the left side of my body but that seems to be the only side i feel the shots the next day. I usually shoot winny on the left and it leaves me a little sore so I figured I would switch it shooting prop on the left and winny on the right and today the prop is sore and the winny is painless. not sure what to make of it but its w.e

hit legs and abs last night

felt real good. insane pumps great endurance and basically feinin the gym all day at work. buddy of mine that I work out with every now and then said im lookin more cut n fuller since the last time we worked out (2 weeks ago) attributed it to on point dieting

GF is miserable and on the rag which means she is pretty much usless. I feel like a lion caged in a kennel on that front. catchin girls starring at the gym left and right. not sure if its because i come off as a psycotic killer with sweat drippin off me like a faucet or bc the arms are startin to get chisled n the weights are going up

slipped up on the diet a little. my brother came by with some santarpios pizza so i had to put a slice down. if any of you bros are from the boston area you know you cant say no to a slice. other then that been on point. 5 meals a day 2 shakes. cardio 3.5-4 hours a week.

I keep cycling it this way I hit every body part once and one body part twice a week.

week 1: Mon Tues Wed Thurs Mon
week 2: tues wed thurs mon tues
week 3: wed thurs mon thues wed
week 4: thurs mon tues wed thurs
back to week 1..kinda confusing

i change and alternate exc every week between BB, DB, machines. I also change up the movement itself. instead of ez curls ill do cable curls, instead of DB rows ill do Tbar rows etc...
 
felt great over the weekend. shot saturday afternoon and this morning. hardly any soreness after shots now.

starting to notice a change in my body. seeing more ab definition, vascularity, cuts, getting bigger. strength has gone up a little but im starting to feel stronger and stronger every day.

diet was a little off this weekend. had a baked honey ham on sunday and pasta on saturday. but other than that kept it pretty on point. sex drive is thru the roof. horny as fuck all day every day. the morning are ridiculous i wake up with a kickstand and instantly give the gf a few shoulder taps

next couple of weeks are going to be great.
 
workouts keep getting better and better. Was craving deadlifts all day yesterday went to the gym and just destroyed them

appetite kinda sucks i need to force food down but seeing the cuts and abs coming it shows me im doing something right.

Nips were getting puffy so I uped the formastana to 4 pumps 3x a day..appears to be working but if it doesnt I will have to start the aromasin which im trying to avoid at all costs cuz i hate that shit. Only been on the forma for a week so im hoping its just taking its time being effective

sex drive is still outa control. but it also makes me resent my gf. realized how annoying she really is.

hopefully someone is follwing this shit feel lie im talking to myself. I have some begining pictures im goign to throw up as soon as i figure out how to crop them
 
ordered some t-force today to throw in. figure it help keep the boys going. so now the cycle is looking like this

1-8 test prop 100mg EOD
1-8 winstrol 100mg EOD
1-8 forma stana 4 pumps 3x a day
3-10 t-force
8-12 nolva 20mg ED
8-12 clomid 50mg ED (possibly)
8-12 unleashed
 
hit chest and bis last night. felt unstoppable

new PB in both incline flat and dips.

I usually dont go too heavy on chest as my shoulders are as useless as tits on a bull (torn rotator cuff and labrum) but last night the weight just seemed effortless.

Flat bench: 295 (usually can bang one out two with a spotter and got 6 up no problems at all)
Incline: 285 never got this up before on incline and banged 3 out easy and 4-5 spotter gave the two finger push
Dips: weighted with a 45+25 usually can get 5-6 for my last set and banged out 16.

I can definitly see my body changing (cuts, definition, vascularity) starting to look real good

surprisingly with my strength increase I have LOST WEIGHT. I started at 218 and I am now 215. I figured I would be going the other way but with my strength steadily increasing, abs poppin and increased definition all over I am not complaining.

Food plan for today:

8am: 6 oz steak apple
11am: 6 oz steak cup of spinach
230pm: 8 oz steak cup of spinach
530pm: banana
530-730: training + cardio (shoulders/tris/40 min cardio)
730: 1 1/2 scoop of whey
9pm: 8oz chicken, salad, baked potatoe
11pm: cassien shake
 
shots have been going good. less and less pain. left glute has been sore as fuck for some reason from a shot on sunday but it has slowly been going down. weights feel lighter and lighter. people are starting to notice a difference. had several people ask if i just got done with a bi workout or a trap workout bc they are poppin when in fact i did them at the begining of the week.

between the gear, formastana and tforce i feel like charlie sheen on a pornstar filled bangaa..horny as fuck 24/7, get random urges for violence (for instance the d-bag riding ur ass down the highway n u get the urge to slam the brakes rip him out thru his window beat his face in but then flashes of the show "Locked Up" pop into ur head and u decide against it)

great overall mood and aura all day long. A little lethargy here and there but nothing an addy or large coffee cant fix.

on a side note went to the strip club last night and must of had my back and arms rubbed by half the girls in there. two of em picked my phone up and put their numbers in so im hopin this ends up with a giggity. n my buddy got a blowy in the parking lot by some 30 year old amature who had enough cellutlite to start her own cottage cheese brand for 10 bills. great night

workouts are still continuing to get better and better. starting to really notice everything kicking in. aggression is up, desire to get to the gym is unreal, general feeling of awesomness, could fuck 24 hours a day if possible. more definition in abs chest and arms. muscles poppin out looks like im pumped 24/7 now.

only sides so far: oily skin, soreness from shots, feel like winny is killing my appetite, nips flare up here and there, my gf bitchin that i only use her for the bunga bunga

using forma-stana 6/6/6 now. hopefully this will keep everything in check. also taking t-force 2 caps 3x a day.

switched from a 21g pin to a 25g. kinda regretting it. the 25 is a pain in the ass to load and not really any less pain. but its whatever at this point. picked up 20 of them for 1.50

weight last night was up to 219 lbs.
 
havent really been myself lately. feeling kinda blah. getting hotflashes n shit. randomly start sweating balls at my desk. im hoping its just the winny kickin into go mode.

nips been getting puffy so i am applying formastana 6 pumps 3x a day just to my chest. (so far its letting me down) If that dont work by sunday I am going to drop it and start aromasin but I know its going to kill my workouts and moods bc i feel like death on that shit.

Still getting stronger. All my lifts are going up every week. Shots are hit and miss some are painful as fuck while others I wont even feel. My last glute shot left me hobblin like an old man for 2 days; could hardly even put pressure on it. My achilles have been acting up lately not too sure what thats about but I'm guessing the winstrol.

todays diet:

930: cup of homemade chicken soup 8oz chicken 1/2 cup brown rice n vegees

DB rows: 80x12, 90x10, 95x10, 100x8
wide grip rows (2 clip machine): 80x12, 100x10, 140x8
back extension: holding 1 45x25, 2 45x12, 3 45x8, 1 45x12
 
hit bis tri forearms last night.

OOO GAAAAAHD DAMMMM..pump was insane, arms are loooking huuuuuuuuuuge and defined as hell. was reppin out 120lb straight bar curls like i do that shit all day erryday. close gripped 225 for 15. after hammer curls my forearms looked like tree trunks and i was a herion addicts wet dream with veins poppin out left and right. by far prob the best workout iv had since startign this cycle. had girls eyein me down left n right n dudes were fuckin starin at me prob like wtf is wrong with this kid

my butcher shop had a 1.19/lb sirloin steak sale..i went out and bout myself a fuckin cow. I have 2 freezers and half a fridge filled with pure muscle fuel.

my weight is up to 221 lbs
more cut and vasular than iv ever been
sex drive is nuts although i can pound town till im bout to have a heart attack and still wont finish..takes a lot more effort to get the job down on my end now. might just be the girl ill try a new one and see if it changes.

10am: weight watchers lemon pepper chicken (came home after the Bs game with the munchies n ate this meal last night had settle for my girls frozen shit)

730: pwo shake with 2 tbsp of PB powder (my new favorite shit)

if anyone has any advice/shit to say/experiance from a similar cycle post it up so i dont feel like im just playin with myself over here
 
everything feels as tho its in full GO mode. arms chest lats traps legs...everything is getting cut up and large. Im pumped up feel great wish i could stay on forever.

shot in the pecs last night. surprisingly zero pain on inject and typical next day soreness. dont know why i waited so long to hit them.

nips are startign to act up cuz some scumbag stole my gym bag with my goods. i put a new order in for some letro aromasin n dostinex. just going with t-force/unleased/post cycle/formastana for PCT
 
been feeling a lot warmer the last week or so. Im guesing its the winny just hitting full stride. Need to sleep with no covers and my fan on and throughout the day just an easy walk up a few flights of stairs will work a sweat. I like it tho so no complaints here.

strength and definition still climbing. have extreme peptide letro and arom on its way to help with gyno control. hope this shits legit
 
hehe just wanted to let ya know Im hear and loving this log im planning on doing same thing with test prop and winny but also gonna add in some tren E ... How many calories are you eating a day just wondering ? Also could we get more pics ? And what is your weight and bodyfat at now ?
 
My next cycle I am going to throw the tren in. I love the prop n winny. zero sides other then some gyno problems but thats as a result of assholes stealing shit.


I have been hovering around 2k. Off days I try to keep around the 1900-2000 range and training days I try and keep around 2000-2100. looks something like this for a break down (todays meals):

7am: 8 turkey sausages WW toast 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
10am: 1/2 cup WW pasta 4 meatballs
12: banana scoop of whey
3pm: 8oz chicken 1/2 cup of spinach
5-7: training
7: 2 scoops of whey blend with banana, strawberries and 1/2 cup of raw oats
8: 10oz steak bake potato, salad with a splash of balsamic and olive oil
11: either 8oz chicken or a cassien shake

hadfull of almonds throught the day grab a few here and there to munch on


I have another picture over in the members gallery section. week 1 and week 3. Ill be putting more up shortly tho.

weight was at 223 lbs last monday. Ill be checking again tonight. Bodyfat im not positive as the calipers i have arnt really to good. After i finish my cycle Im going to have it done right by a trainer at my gym.
 
weight gain has been minimal. Ill go up a few punds then come back down a few pounds. Going into this i was only hoping to gain about 5 lbs. I was looking to get as lean dry gains as possible and just get as much definition as I could.

as of monday I was 220 which means im up 2 lbs from day one but my strength and size has skyrocketed.

over the winter I am going to do a test e, dbol, and maybe deca bulk cycle.

I started taking EP letro and this stuff is legit bc I feel like fuckin death. Within about 6 hours of taking it my joints are killing me, I turn into an irritable prick and im tired as fuck. I have to drag ass to the gym but once I get there im g2g.


Lifts have been great. weight still climbs every week, appetite has been ahhhhh at best but I force everything I can down.

sex drive was fahhkin rediculous up until letro came into the picture. Now I have no desire unless my girl whips my shit out and goes to town.

The gyno issue sucks. I was lovin life feeling amazing up until this point. I hate taking AIs bc they make me feel like asshole but hey rather that than some b cups tittys.

the cycle im running now has been amazing. the change in my definition, strength, size and vasularity is rediculous and I can imagine it will only be better with tren tossed in there. My next lean mass cycle (prob next summer or before Vegas) is going to be:

prop 1-8
tren 1-6
winny 4-8
clen 1-12 2 on 2 off
lipoflame or forger burner 2 on 2 off to counter clen
 
genius solution to the letro issues. I just take it right before bed. Sleep great, freaky dreams and back to feeling like a million bucks during the day.

My last delt winny inject left me in some pain. Nothing i cant push thru just annoying.

I hit arms last night and my the end my bis tris n forearms were so pumped i couldnt even turn the wheel in my car. felt great. went out for cinco de mayo and had atleast 5-6 girls grab my arms or feel my back. fahhkin lving it.

gunna crush some legs and abs tonight then prob crash in the sauna to get rid of a little water weight im holding

i ended up cutting the cycle at 6 weeks. the gyno was making me nervous and after my shit got stolen I had to place a last minute order with EP for letro aromasin n clomid. I started taking the letro and after a week of no change I was getting a little skeptical about how effective they were. not knowing if the clomid would be good or not I figured i would cut it at 6 weeks bc it would be a little easier to rebound from a 6 weeker than an 8.

But the letro seems to be working. it just took a little longer than usual to see it working. the puffiness has gone down and the sensitivity is basically gone. my last shot was sunday and my sex drive is still thru the roof and workouts are still great.

right now im running:
2.5 letro ED
6 caps t-force
4 caps unleashed
4/4 forma stana
*will be switching from letro to aromasin on sunday

i dont have all my info with me but in all so far im up 8lbs, bf has dropped a good amount as i have gained a shit load of definition, vasularity in my arms is unreal and my strength has gone up signifigantly in all lifts. Basically i acomplished everything I set out to do with this cycle.

Since I cut this cycle short I may throw in another short 4-6 week prop,tren,winny,clen before vegas in july or august. or i might just hold off until the winter and run a test c, dbol, deca
 
still running everything the exact same except for the Forma (i ran out). I am starting to loose a little bloat and notice more definition. Strength is still up to where it was on cycle, sex drive is still there and gyno SEEMS to be getting better but I do still have a little puffiness and soreness. I think im going to run the letro a little longer at 2.5mg/day bc so far no side effects and it does seem to be slowly getting the job done. Once i feel im back to normal with the nips ill be tapering down and switching to aromasin to kill the receptors and hopefully avoid and rebound

im up a total of 10lbs not 8 as I said before. My scale was off 2lbs. Have kept everything thru week 1. strength is still up sex drive is still up. the boys are bouncin back to normal quite well and fast. actually feeling great for being in PCT. Only thing thats hard is I am craving junk good ever since starting PCT. i fein for chex mix n goldfish which is weird cuz usually i never crave food liek that.
 
for the next month i will be on this get faaaaaaahkin huge diet before I start my summer cut/maintain

7am: 10 egg whites, 4 turkey links, 1/2 cup oatmeal w straberrys and banana
10am: 6 oz chicken 1/2 cup spinach
12pm:6 oz steak sweet potatoe
2pm: 6 oz chicken 1/2 spinach
445pm: whey shake, banana, 2 tbs PB
5pm-730: train
730: double scoop whey

10: 6oz chicken, 1/4 cup almonds, cassien shake
1030-630: growing

not really sure if the letro is working. Puffiness hasnt changed one bit matter fact kinda seems like its getting worse. Sex drive isnt 100 but its there when I need it. Workouts are still going strong. 3 weeks into PCT only down 1 pound.
 
when do you plan on starting your next cycle mate ? and is it going to be the dbol deca test c ?
 
i was thinking about doing a short prop tren winny clen cycle in august but I may just skip that and wait till this winter for a dbol test c one around november
 
a little over 3 weeks on letro and still not doing all that much for me. I feel like the puffiness is getting worse and i get shooting pains in my nips randomly. The pill form I usually felt it within 4-5 days and had 0 gyno symptoms within 2 weeks, not sure whats going on with this stuff tho. hope it pulls thru as i have one more week left of it before i switch to aromasin
 
feeling great lately. rebounding well. sex drive feels like its coming back stronger than ever (never really lost it). gyms going real good havent lost any signifigant strength. most importantly im 2.5 weeks into PCT and Iv only lost 1 lb. With my current diet I feel as though I will be at a 0 lb loss of maybe even gain a pound or 2 once PCT is all said and done.
 
just wrapping up PCT. still feeling great. didnt loose much strength at all. Only lost 1lb. sex drive back to normal. nips still a little puffy not to happy about that.

thanks bro. i really appreciate it. i hate when I get into a log and the person doesnt finish it so I figured I would go all the way through with it. plenty of ppl were reading it.

right now Im aabout a week out of PCT and as of monday I am at 226 pounds. up 8 lbs from day one and only lost 2 lbs through PCT. Iv also uped my cardio and with summer here Iv been playin ball more.

My strength is almost exactly where it was when I ended. and some lifts have even continued to go up.
