I am on SC's SGX program right now. Just starting week 2, but I am looking forward to shedding my fat. I am 5'9" and weigh 193lbs with about 15% bf. My goal is to not lose much weight, if any at all, while getting down to 10% bf. Everyone keep us posted on your results.

Is this a diet that you can follow or make a lifestyle?

Once I acheive my goals I want to stay there so I want to know if I can follow this diet for a long period of time or if it more diesigned to get people where they want to be but staying on it for extended period of time would not be good???

SC has great plans for everyone and I personally recommend his diet plans to everyone that is trying to achieve amazing results in short periods of time. For example, Spook on my board lost about 7% bodyfat in no time.
