Swole, would this diet be ideal for someone like me who is already prtetty ripped and at around I would guess 5 - 6%? I am wanting to get more ripped, put on solid muscle and and put size on my ab muscles. Also, I need more separation. Or, does this plan just benefit people whose primary objective is to lose bf% as expedient as possible? thanks, Bam
Just a brief update. I'm still sitting around the 10% mark...school kinda got in the way for a bit there. Anyway, I got back on the diet last week and I'm getting stronger everyday. We'll see what happens in regards to fat loss.
Once I get some extra cash, I'm gonna sign up for a continuation of Swoles advice for another month or so. I wanna be at like 7% with even more muscle come Christmas.

Alright you sorry bastard...quit rubbing our noses in it. Most of us would give anything to be 6% bf and you're wanting to get leaner? Your like the guy with a 9" dick who just wants a good round number like 10".
