My sustanon amps aren't even

And that is exactly the case. They are fine. Yay! Checked em real good and it's all good.
More about this 34 pounds stuff.. I want to know more, like how much a week, did you take anything else besides the sustanon, and anything else that might help, damn I'd love to gain that much from my upcoming cycle! I love hearing shit like this! I don't know how I could hide that much weight from people I know, like the guys from work, but who cares right? I'd be a beast!




Sure, but it's not as great as it sounded! :)

500mg Sustanon every 8 days for 7 weeks
50mg Anadrol for 7 weeks

(You would do better pinning longer and running less drol, I was building up for a powerlifting comp, and armwrestling all comers)

I did a basic HST routine, with some isometrics thrown in. I focused on the compound exercises, like squats and deads. HST isn't the best for strength, but I was participating in the powerlifting comp because that is what my girl was into. That was my first period training my legs, and I got to a 400 pound deadlift really quickly.

Most muscle gain went to my legs, I guess because they were behind. I actually got vascular off of anadrol, and didn't gain weight overnight, it took a week for the weight to start rising at all. Anyway, I only gained an inch on my arms, (15.25 cold) my upper arm always sucked.

My diet was not really that great, I probably only had around 200 grams of protein a day, also my calorie count wasn't high either.
The only supp I took was creatine. My pct sucks too, all I have is clomid and nolvadex. Anyway even with those shortcomings, I've been off cycle and creatine free since December 5th, and haven't dropped any weight at all. I guess maybe I have good genetics, my dad is 53 (doesn't train) and is still considerably bigger than me. My bodyfat is also not that low, I have a 36 inch waist for goodness sakes!! :(
I am happy with the results so far, I am bigger in every way compared to my body last christmas at 245. Except for my waist, it's about 2 inches smaller.

Anyway in my suggestion, if you are still kind of new to the game, take your Sust with Dbol at the begginning. Most would suggest this
Weeks 1-4 Dbol 30mg's a day
Weeks 1-10 Sustanon 500mg a week

That is fine, but I would run the Dbol longer at a lower dosage maybe something like this..
Week 1-6 Dbol 25mg a day
Week 1-10 Sustanon 500mg a week. (250 twice a week)
 
I'm planning on 250 every 3rd day. D-bol for 4 weeks at the start. I will go 12 weeks if all goes well. I will have 28 amps so that's putting my last pin on day 84. Still researching and considering GH. I will use hcgenerate, post cycle, and phytoserm347 as my pct as well as formastanzol from day one to the last day of pct and maybe until it runs out- I have 3 bottles on hand. It works out to be over 500 a week of test. I have nolva on hand but hope to not use it. I have been trying to figure out exactly what workout I will use- I heard that it's best to push it alot harder with intensity and volume. That HST looks interesting, so does 5x5. I'm just going 2x a week now doing only big compound moves both days, squats both days. Figure just making 2 workouts like I'm doing, squats, cleans, overhead press, pullups, incline dumbbell press and the other day squat, incline, pullups, overhead db press, deadlift and hitting them 3X a week instead of 2 while I'm "on" would work if I dont come up with a better plan. So now it's workout#1 on Sunday, #2 on Wednesday, and switching to 1-2-1, then 2-1-2 the next week and so on. I am so ready to go, but planning on January 31st as my start date.
