bench. I have been working out for about 3 months after taking a layoff for a while. I couldnt even bench 135 for 5 reps my first day back. I got 250 for 3 my last set on mon, so hopefully by end of august. Believe it or not, my bench has gone upabout 10 lbs a week....LMAO, i use to be at 350 benchpress, but dropped about 50 lbs in bodyweight and starting up again!
