Weight before cycle: 205
Weight @ week 3: 230
Dosage per day: 20mg dimethabolin (not correct spelling, its the superdrol compound that's modified to be easier on liver)
20 mg epistane
At start, could barely put up 225 on bench for one rep, now I can push it 5x with no spotter
Squat/deads similar situation, overall happy with both.
Mirror: clearly bigger, muscles much easier to see, kinda like a bulky cutup.
Sides: nothing too big, balls shrank enormously, but sex still working fine, muscle pumps are enormous, love it, even the back ones that people tend to not like
My workout routine has been chest,tri,shoulders day 1, back/bis day 2, legs day 3, boxing work on bag with jump rope, burpees, kinda hiit style on days I don't lift, rest days per week have been one or two. All lifts are very intense, 5 to 7 reps, basically till failure.
Diet has been insane, eat anything good and bad, now I'm going to keep the carbs clean without dropping calories.
Now, obviously gaining 25 pounds in 3 weeks is water,muscle,fat. Thing is, I CLEARY have a more defined leaner look, so I'm assuming most of this weight is just glycogen/water packed into muscle.
I know I'm going to lose a lot of weight during and after PCT, but what I want to do is keep my strength primarily. Anyone have some feedback on blowing up on the scale with a cycle like this very quickly? What happened to your weight, strength, all around look after pct?
