Hey guys,

I thought I'd share my experience with fading stretch marks. Ive found that the following products, when used together, work really well. I started this "stack" about a month ago and already my stretch marks have faded about 75%. Keep in mind that I got these stretch marks about 3 months ago and before I started this treatment, they had not shown any sign of improvement.

What I used:

Mederma Gel
Palmer's Massage Cream For Stretch Marks w/ Vitamin E
Palmer's Cocoa Butter w/ Vitamin E
Lever 2000 Bar Soap w/ Vitamin E

Anyway..I used the Mederma Gel 3x a day. About a half hour after using the gel, I smeared on either one of the Palmer's Creams. Make sure to apply it really generously. I didnt massage it in, I just left it on sloppy and let it soak in by itself. Also I used the soap everyday while taking a shower..making sure to target the stretch mark area. Anyway, this worked really well for me. The marks are almost gone now and the redness has disappeared. Im not sure if this will work for really old stretch marks but its worth a try.

Thanks rick, I got them bad on my inside leg from hittting my legs very hard on my last cycle. I am gonna give this a go. Where did you find these products at?

Vitamin E oil....

Go no further than a pregnant lady to find the cure....

Standard prevention for pregnancy is to massage the area with Vitamin E oil once or twice a day....that and good nutrition will prevent stretch marks.

Good advice if you know you're prone.

I don't have that problem. :bawling:

Prevention is easy... Vitamin E oil. But for those of us who grew the most as ignorant teenagers, then we're stuck with what we got at the time and want to get rid of the old ones. Mederma and Retin-A are the only things that have given me results.

:)

i'll have to try that. never have tried to get rid of them before, hope it works. Just in time too, have 2 more, groin area
