last week of 2nd cycle, 10 weeks, 400mg of eq and test cyp. each week. started at 252 now at 280, 28lbs isnt too bad. body fat is up to 19 form around 16.. 3 inches on chest, 3/4 inch on arms, i just maxed these past few days.. i know my numbers arent that good for how heavy i am, but i'm happy.. i hit 450 on bench up from 415, and i deadlifted today and got 550 and just missed lockin out 570... gonna squat tomorrow, probably in the low 500's..also i am 21 yrs old and 6 ft tall..
