There are stickys at the top of this forum, buddy. Check out those. You'll do just fine.If you want size, try HST. If you want size and strength, try DC or 5x5. If you want strength, try BFS or Westside. They'll all give a bit of both, though.

diet as well

i think i saw a post from you in the supps forum, diet is much more important than supps

be consistent and it will come

Being consistent in your training, intense and eating everything. Maybe Ill add my methods to the sticky. Will save me alot of typing. haha My basic method for size gains is really simple in theory. 12 sets for small body parts and 15 sets for large (back and legs). 12-15 rep range. This is how Ive made the bulk of my gains since I started lifting. And my arms were about 10", now they are just under 18" cold.

Is this for a single workout??? 15 sets of 12 is 180 reps. Sounds like an awful lot of work for a day... or am I reading this wrong?

You read right! For arms it would be a minimum of 24 sets. Back, 15 sets. Itll take some work no doubt. But I beleive anyone can do it. I was 105lbs when I started it. Its been well worth the results
