There are stickys at the top of this forum, buddy. Check out those. You'll do just fine.If you want size, try HST. If you want size and strength, try DC or 5x5. If you want strength, try BFS or Westside. They'll all give a bit of both, though.

diet as well

i think i saw a post from you in the supps forum, diet is much more important than supps

be consistent and it will come

Being consistent in your training, intense and eating everything. Maybe Ill add my methods to the sticky. Will save me alot of typing. haha My basic method for size gains is really simple in theory. 12 sets for small body parts and 15 sets for large (back and legs). 12-15 rep range. This is how Ive made the bulk of my gains since I started lifting. And my arms were about 10", now they are just under 18" cold.

Is this for a single workout??? 15 sets of 12 is 180 reps. Sounds like an awful lot of work for a day... or am I reading this wrong?

You read right! For arms it would be a minimum of 24 sets. Back, 15 sets. Itll take some work no doubt. But I beleive anyone can do it. I was 105lbs when I started it. Its been well worth the results

Some questions for you.

How old are you?
Do you train now?
if so for how long?
Do you have specific goals?
What does you diet look like?

If you are just starting out pretty much as long as you lift you will make great gains. The main key is consistency and determination.

Cheers,
Scotsman

beast, i respect your training methods and i know you put a lot into your workouts but isnt that a little overboard to be recommending to a newbie?

If he really is as small as he says Id say go with a basic core workout:

day 1
3 sets bench
3 sets military
3 sets dumbell rows
3 sets chin ups (assisted if needed)
3 sets tricep dips (assisted if needed)

day 2
3 sets squats
3 sets deads
3 sets abs (russian twists or weighted decline)
3 sets leg curls
3 sets calf raises

And eat as much as possible ESPECIALLY from the time you workout till you sleep!!!!!
and PLEASE visit the diet board!! you could gain a solid 30 lbs just from eating correctly...
