my squat

yesterday i squated 350 pds repping it, i havent maxed out yet, but for someone my size i was proud, thats pretty impressive i guess

155 pds, 5'10", 20 yrs old.
 
thats a great squat...

How many reps did you do it for.

I'm at about the same. I squatted 352 at my last contest, and im hoping for a 400 squat next meet. Im like 145, so were about the same.
 
well this is how i did it.
i started out at like 200 and i did that 12 times, and then i did 225 10, 275-8, 300-6, then i jumped up to 350 and did it 4 times, but couldnt get anymore.
 
no sir, just straight lift, im not sure what you call it. i had to wrap the bar, because the shit was digging into my spine.
hey tell me if this is good, the other day my brother leg pressed close to 700, and he doesnt lift his legs ever. of course it was his max, but i thought that was pretty good, because i could barely do that, but i can out squat him
 
oh yeah it is, i never really think it is anything, i mean my brother is weird he is stronger than i, but i can outlift him like a motherfucker..
