I've been on test cycle that started with dbol. This week I will start my cutting cycle. Here's what it looks like.

1-8 100 mg test prop EOD
1-8 75-150 mg fina EOD
1-8 100 mg winny EOD

will be taking ECA and clen.I will be keepng protien above 300 gms, and try to keep carbs under 100. I will do 45 min cardio 5 days a weeks minium.

I am 6'1" 250 lbs around 15 % bf.

Any thoughts?
 
looks good to me. you are taking clen which i stay away from as my body gets to used to it and results suck for me after a few weeks. i love hydroxycut it worked fucking incredible for me no shit and I hate muscle tech products so that say alot. carbs would be good to roate so your body does not slow down on fat burning as it gets used to the same carbs everyday just something to think about. also 3 gallons of h2o is a must or as clsoe as you can come. cardio looks good try the first thing in the am if possible on an empty stomache amkes a big difference. also for carb craving buy sugar free jello and even better sugar free italian ices.

How would you suggest I rotate carbs? 3 gallons of water? Good lord! I'd be pissin every 5 minutes. Also what about sipping a high GI/whey protein drink during cardio? I heard this helps preserve muscle.
 
3 days of increased carbs maybe thurs, fri, sat than back to lower carbs. trust me on the water you need to drink as close to 3 gallons as possible. sipping protein while doing cardio? again empty stomache first thing in the am ( wake up early) will put your body into a fat burning machine. trust me on this i know how to cut. you preserve muscle by lifting heavy and keeping protein up. also at your current bodyfat you will lose muscle BUT you will look twice as big when you start to lose bodyfat and get cut. who looks better and biger the cut guy or the bulky guy?
 
Thanx bro! I will do the carb thing. I am still gonna have a hard time sucking down all that water, especially at work. I work in sales and I'm not always near my water jug.

Increased carbs? Like under 100 all week, then 200-300 Thurs, Fri, Sat.?
