My Sister Needs Help

Moe

New member
My sister had her baby like 3 years ago, and since then her body has assumed a most-pardom explosion of unwanted pounds. She has gone from 130 to 190 and has done almost everything in her power to take the weight off. She had been an avid trainer prior to the pregnancy, and has returned to almost an identical routine, but for the last year plus has seen nothing. I have worked with her personally when I am in town to visit, and for the life of me, I swear, she SHOULD be getting the results she wants, but just isn't.

She asked me about anything she might be able to take to facilitate rapid weight loss and composition change, but A) she is my sister and B) I really don't know that much about females and gear.

Is it cool for women to take things like clen? I know some women who have gotten good results with mild doses of anavar, but I was hoping that some of the bros here could offer up some helpful info in this regard.

Thanks.

Her diet is clean with a good carb cycling regimine set up (precontest style). All the pieces are in place, minus the AM cardio, but I can't hold her hand on that one.

Unless she is feeding me a line of shit and binging ad McDonalds 5 times a week. I just don't think that's the case.

I have a feeling that her social drinking may have something to do with it as well...more than a feeling actually. I have spoken with her about this, but she has developed a pattern that she can't or won't let go of.

It's all her diet, then cardio LATER, then thermo's after that, steroids won't help her lose any bodyfat, it's her diet that is messed up somewhere, or her lack of discipline, she has to get her diet set and she has to stick to it, but you can't make her do that, she has got to want to. :)

Diet is all she needs to start off with, what is her current diet?

Yeah, no joke, 190lbs and can't lose? If she eats a perfectly strict diet she'll be shedding fat in weeks. This means no alcohol, limited carbs (of those consumed, make sure they're low-glycemic), 1g protein per lb of bodyweight and very low fat. Get her on EFAs (3g/day) and CLA (3g/day). Make sure she's doing her morning cardio. If she does all of this, and doesn't lose, then she has a major medical problem and needs to see her doctor immediately.

Note, this means no more bagels w/ fat-free cream cheese, baked Lays potato chips, etc. All carbs should be consumed with a purpose in the proper proportions at the proper time.

I specialize in training the 'average' woman and making her look good. I am very successful at this. The above simple steps are even more hardcore than it takes for most of the women with whom I work to lose fat.

I'm glad you asked for help, though, before setting up a woman on a cycle of something based on the knowledge of what men do, kudos to you for that, bud.

Hope this helps.

She's gotta be full of shit, if she eats that well she would be dropping weight, if she just started eating well she has to accept that it is going to take time and some hard work/cardio.
It took her 3 years to become a fat-ass, she should not expect to lose all the weight overnight.
Sorry to sound like a dick but all fat chicks seem to say "oh I eat great I don't know why I am such a Fat-Ass" they always have an excuse for themselves.
