I have mixed emotions. I use to get so upset over her dog and things. I won't miss that big dog being in my house and smelling and eating my bread off the counter, but I felt sorry for the old man last night. He was mourning late in the night. Animals are smart. These other 2 dogs of my daughter have grown up around him and he probably thinks of them as his sons. I could see the sadness on the dog's face and in his demeanor the past few days. My sister will be gone for 3 years to Africa. I'm sure my daughter will miss her as well. I will finally have my home to myself every other week now, but for some reason I'm feeling a little sad.

That's a pretty common reaction. I miss my family a lot when they're not around. And when they are I'm like, "WHY WONT THEY LEAVE?"

I just finally got rid of my dead-weight brother-in-law on Saturday. I am pumped about it. That bastard took advantage of my wife and I big time.

Rob, my daughter just got home from school and has locked herself in her room. She's very sad that my sister has left. She has been like a 2nd mom to her. I didn't realize how close they were because my daughter would always say, "I can't wait unitl she leaves." But, she didn't mean it. Oh man, I hope I can brighten her spirits. THese teenage years are gonna be tough.

yes sir they are,I have a younger sister(16) and she can be highly strung and irrationally emotional at times about minor things,so I wish you good luck my friend.

hopefully in a couple days she will get feeling better about the situation
