my shoulders are gettin freaky

well i told ya about the striations (sp?) on my shoulders...
here's the best pic i could get of 'em... tell me if this is coming across on ya'll's monitors... i can see 'em here, but on the desktop some of my pics are real dark

I see em:) Looking good Phem!!!! You are looking quite lean and nice.....how much longer you got on your cycle????
 
if things go well i'm running it for about another 7-8 weeks... (plan on doing 14-16 weeks in total)

i haven't been working too hard at the diet/cardio aspect right now, just hitting the weights hard... i'll do that for another 2-3 weeks then start cutting back for about a month and see how i can tune in the diet... my bf right now is 16% i don't think i'll want to go lower than 11 or 12, but i'll see how it looks when i bring it down.. since i'm really small framed i'll probably be able to get away with a little higher than most... (otherwise i'm just too bony...)

16% by tantia a couple days ago... (up 1% from a week ago)... don't ask me where it goes... i'm not sure...

my abs are out and showing (there's pics floating around everywhere, my abs are quite popular ;) )

i'm not too worried about the number though... i just go by how thigngs look... i have a bit to loose, but i haven't started tuning in the diet/cardio yet... concentrating on giving myself something to cut before i start cutting :)

Wish you would explain that to those 16 year old "Bad Boyz" that weight 120...and are try to get ripped:(

i hate callipers... they bruise me... all that pinching... every time i end up looking like i was in some bar brawl especially my tris and bis....

i probably just hold the fat internally like a guy or something... i've always registered higher than i thought i would on those impedance based tests.. i'd like to do underwater weighing, but i'm claustrophobic...

i have my problem areas though... lower back.. ass.. legs... all tend to have a bit too much skin... i've given up telling everyone that my abs are "strategically placed fat" even i'm starting not to believe that any more :)
