My second cycle

I'd like to say hello and thanks for all the discussions that have helped me in my cycle decision making over the last 6 months. So instead of lurking, I decided to join and will get my feet wet here with a question.

History:

Six months ago I used Test E at 250 every three days for 12 weeks.

I had no issues and want to ramp it up a notch.

I already have Tren A and Test E and plan on starting light with the tren.

I plan on pinning 200mg of test E with 50mg of Tren A every other day. Is this a good dosing schedule?

I plan on taking 5mg of Aromasin every day as well.

PCT will begin 14 days after my last pinning with clomid 50mg/day and novla 30mg/day for 30 days.



How does this look?

Should I also acquire some HCG before I begin?

Aromasin is only really needed if gyno appears, you don't want to kill your estro because estro is an important part in muscle building keeps joints lubed and other factors.
As pct goes nolva is garbage I don't care if you had great pct from it, it could cause long term effects, there's an awesome pct on here from Dylan that will make recovery smooth and nice keepsake gains.

bro, i just ran aromasin ED on my cycle and had tremendous gains... i ALWAYS run an ai... I prefer to be safe and if you don't abuse the dosage it will not hinder your gains at all... you are also going to need caber to run with tren bro... you have to have something for prolactin and you are most definitely going to need hcg... as far as your cycle... if your going to run tren a then you should run test prop with it and keep the esters short... what is your main goal from the cycle so i can give you a good layout...

My goal is to put on 25 lbs of muscle and bring bf down to 9%. I am in no rush.

I tweaked my cycle slightly and added the supps I am taking alongside it.

Here is an updated regimen:

Week 1 to 12 - Test E @ 500mg weekly (Pinned twice per week, 250mg each every 3.5 days) (.6cc EOD)

Week 1-8 Tren (.75cc EOD)

Week 1-12 Aromasin (5mg ED), then at PCT – Aromasin 10 mg ED

HCG 500iu's for 10 days straight immediately after my last shot of testosterone, then wait for 4 more days (long enough for the test to clear my system)

PCT with clomid 25/25/25/25 and aromasin 10/10/10/10 14 days after my last injection of test e

Also:

P6 Extreme and Fenugreek (50%+ saponins) beginning at PCT and on for 90 days.

Daily supplements I am taking ED pre-cycle, during and thereafter:

NAC 600mg twice daily

Arginine/Citruline 3g/1.5g in AM, 3g/1.5g at bed time on empty stomach

Silymarin 300 mg 3x daily – also contains 100 mg dandelion root and 50 mg artichoke

Hawthorn Berry Extract – 300mg twice daily

Garlic bulb powder – 1g twice daily

Vitamin D3 – 2000 IU twice daily

GNC MegaMen multi-vitamin


I will look into the caber and once I make the decision, will update here.

Nolvadex mixed with a 19nor AAS is bad news. Even if its a short ester like tren Ace. Better safe than sorry. Its not uncommon for guys that run a 19nor AAS then take nolva after to end up with rebound gyno. (gyno during PCT). Nolva upregulates the progestin receptors and if theres any 19nor (nandrolone derivitaves) still hanging around in your system then they will jump all over those receptors and thats when you get gyno from tren or deca. Keeping your estrogen under control will also help regulate prolactin's effects. (it doesnt do what caber does though)

I think your goals of 25 lb and dropping 5-6% bodyfat are very unrealistic. To add 25 lb even at 100mg eod of tren, along with the test (without dropping any bodyfat) would require you to eat a ton of food. Eating more more than maintinence calories on tren (without going too crazy) should allow for lots of mass gain and at least let you keep your bodyfat as it is. Too much of a calorie surplus obviously will cause some fat gain without tren but the tren will equalize that.
Cardio...which will be absolutely necessary to drop a ton of body fat...will be difficult on tren. Plus all the cardio you will need to drop body fat to your goal wil impede your goal of 25 lb. Ya see what I mean bro?:artist:
Now I think you could hit a nice middle ground here. You will really need to dial your calories in and macros. Weigh and calculate everything. Start with maintinence calories and doing cardio. (like walking on treadmill @ 4-5 degrees at 3.5-3.8 speed after every workout for 25-30 min)
Obviously you will notice fat loss. Now you can slowly increas the calories to above maintinence. Maybe 300 or so and see how that goes. Tren will likely keep the fat off. You can increase more, dial back if needed, adjust cardio...ect..
I think you could easily drop to around 10% while adding up to maybe 15 lb. This will make you look way bigger obviously.
Unless your one of those lucky freaks who responds to gear like a pro and blows up like crazy then you could acheive your initial goal.
 
Update:

I've pinned 5x and am now 211 and actually 12% bf.

The day I started I was able to bench 235lbs 9 times. Today I was able to do it ten times and could have done more, but I wanted to stop and up the weight. I got 255 up 7 times and failed on the 8th attempt.

So far so good.
