i gained 40 lbs on my first cycle sust 600 wks 1-10 and fina 100mgs/day wks 7-10


i am gonn abe on test prop 100mgs EOD for 10 wks and armidex....wks 5-10 i`ll be on 100mgs/day of winny


gonna eat clean as possibale,hit cardio,and try to lose 3-4% bf while gaining 8-10 lbs....also wil be on clen for first 2 week sof cycle

why only wks 5-10 w/ arimidex? The wonderful thing about prop. is that is is a short-acting ester and is in ure system very quickly.
