My routine

Since every1 else is asking comments on their routines, I might do it as well.

Working sets only.

Day 1:

Squat 1*15
Dip 1*8
Torso-supported row 1*8-10
Calves 1*20 (rotating seated and standing raises)
Abdominals

Day 2:

Deadlift 1*15
Military press 1*5
Chin-up 1*8
Side bend
L-fly

Pure sHIT .

I would atleast double your working sets and make them all sets of 20 reps to total failure..then do a few forced reps. I would do this two day split with no rest inbetween....just go back to day 1.

Thats an interesting routine. I`ve read about brief and abbreviated but that seems a little extreme. What are you trying to achieve? . strenght only?
 
Yeah, my main goal is to get strong on the basic excersises I use on this program. And when I've reached my goals, I know I'll be a tad bigger.

And I don't know about the program being extreme. I basically train my whole body twice a week. HIGH-VOLUME ;) !!

And SSAlexSS, I'd like to hear your opinion too...
