my results from TKD fisrt week

i did TKD for a week. went down from 223 to 212 , did some cardio + ECA as well.
I was holding a lot of water as well cause i am comming off the cycle.

question for Mr.X: do u recommend keto when u come off from cycle, cause keto is not muscle wasting?
 
have to say in first few days i was feeling like a shit, pain in head, was feeling like my brain is gonna explode.. after few days i started to feel better.
was drinking tons of green and herbal tee instead of water.

I would say Ketosis can be beneficial when coming off a cycle in the protein sparing field, but of course you have to think of the overwhelming cortizole response in the post-cycle. I would say a TKD would be sufficient, as long as the calories were not kept to low and you have a periodic carb-up set up.

It looks as if you got sufficient results, 223-212, which are somewhat due to the water drop. (cardio+ECA did add things up)......

Looks good, you'll feel better as your progress w/ the diet, keep us updated.

P.S. don't overdo on the cardio because you just came off a cycle
