The first one, I was talking about AAS, and I come in about 1/2 way through the show:

(Today, talking about thyroid repair...I come in about 5-10 mins into the show)
And my second appearance can be heard by clicking on this link:

I posted one before and one after...I think the other is gone by now...

I listened to the whole thing and read your article. Very informative.

Also:

I read an article of yours stating that you would recommend taking T3 for up to 9 months out of the year because many every day people have a lower active thyroid. You state that your thyroid bounces back around 2-3 months after discontinuation of use. I just thought it was a well written article breaking the myth that T3 will screw up your thyroid for life if taken properly.

Any suggestions of how to come off of T3 properly? Should you taper down? Or does that not make a difference? I'm very curious about any information you could spit out on this topic.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah...up to 9 months, I believe can be done safely, if you keep things in check.

I don't dig the tapering idea for T3...it would seem to be not backed by any science.

Thanks bro. I am taking T3 right now for the first time and I have based everything off of the articles you have written. I don't plan on going for nine months but will probably run it for the entire length of my cycle followed by clomid and hcg to bring my natural levels back up.

You might reconsider tapering if you used it extensively. There is not much medical literature on overdosing or misusing T3 the way we do so personal experience may hold more weight. Not tapering T3 from a large dose leaves many people lethargic and run down. I hope writing your book doesn't mean you're now going to base everything you tell people on medical literature. Not that this isn't useful in some instances, but that was Nandi's problem at times. Extrapolating study results and applying them to the way we use the drugs in those studies doesn't always wash.

So you suggest not posting opposing opinions and why they are opposed. I appreciate you taking the time to post your objections to this but I think I'll just continue as I always have.

When not backed by science... I like to hear as many opposing opinions as I can so that way I feel like I examine something from every possible angle that I can.

*Golf Clap* to Ulter. :Chef:
