You didn't take his advice. You really didn't listen to what he was saying, you may have heard it but you didn't listen. If you need a log why don't you start your own off this main forum? Do you really care about what people think your lifts are like everyday that much? At the rate things are going its highly doubtful without seeing a professional you will ever beat the disease. Everyone on here can see it but you.
 
Hi, I'm a first timer on this show and... it should be a bodybuilder/weightlifting episode that's on Jerry Springer. The audience is into this. We got arguements back and forth. "I'm right, you're wrong" coming from all angles. Advice being thrown to the side because someone has an ego that has to be protected. We got friends from other site's saying the same thing that this site is saying. All we need is a fight that the bouncers have to break up and somebody that's gonna dance on the stripper pole and it's set for a TV pilot.

This is some Jerry Springer type shit for real....
 
Between T and QS you are having the strength and BB gambit run bro...both say no cardio and more rest. So there. If we could just get QS to recomend the 5x5...lol

All I can say is I am sticking by this cat. I think he will make it out and will ultimatly be a huge diced mofo.

As for a time table - you can't get where your going w/ out a map. Goals are key IMO.

This Will Be My Last Post On Here For Quite Some Time....right Now I Am Going To Focus On Getting Stronger, Getting More Massive, My Off Work, Resting And Eating......i'll Be In Touch With My Good Bro Biggt....when He Feels Like It, He Will Post Updates On My Progress Or Inform Everyone Hat I Didnt Reach My January 1 Goal And Am Seeking Professinal Help.

Let Me Leave With This, Thanks To All Who Have Supported Me. I Truly Appreciate It. As For The Haters, Well.................we'll See.
 
Focus on getting stronger in the gym and on eating and resting more. Getting more massive will take care of itself. I sometimes feel like I'm just banging my head against the wall repeatedly telling you this but your last post shows some promise of progress.
 
it took 48 pages to make some progress in the right direction... well atleast it's in the right direction. good luck.
