I also try to keep an update every winter and summer of each year. I look something near your before pics. I am now taking diet more seriously. Training and sleeping where already in line.

So in a perfect world your saying that ideally a really sexy dude should be say 5'10" tall, weigh 224lbs at say 8% BF. You know just some figures I threw out there.

believe it or not, but i was very overweight my entire childhood. I only lost my weight when i was about 18.
I stick to the strictest diet all year round to stay cut.
I also use t3 twice a year
