My pools green

Been winter time, haven been in the backyard hardly at all n been neglecting the pool.... I let it get pretty bad.. I just rinsed the filters an threw in 5 bags of shock treatment.... Think that will clear it up??? Any tips or tricks?? I can't even see the bottom pffft

Keep shocking it double down on the Cholrine thats what i do.Vacuum it and clean the filters Poll keep up is costly and a pain in the ass I have a Pretty big pool

uhmmm google baking soda for green pool.......its ph thing that shocking it may not help, but that may not be your prob

Lol there's frogs n misiquto larve in there... After those 5 shocks I threw in there seems like it got greener hmmm I took a pic I'll post it up when I get to my pc... I think I'll jus go to the pool place an ask for the silver bullet

Not that it matters, but orcas are actually dolphins. it has been nagging the shit out me hearing them referred to as whales (not that you did).

my old house had a pool....I asked a friend to come pump it with the pumper truck, and leave me new clean water (which still had a shit ton of rust) from the hydrant with the tanker
