That's how I feel. I like permanent solutions, not maintaining every few days or weeks. I went to talk to someone who does pulsed light hair removal yesterday, mainly to find out prices. I want my entire upper body done. She gave me separate quotes for 5 treatments on separate areas (back, shoulders, chest, etc...). The total was over 11 thousand dollars. And this isn't quite permanent, either. After that, you can go in for 'touch up' treatments at 95 bucks per 15 minutes.

that sucks dude... there has got to be a permanent solution to our problem. i saw something with lasers and like gel... wherever the gel was put on the body the laser would hit and no hair would ever grow again.... that's what i want.

I think all such treatments that use light energy also use a gel, but that gel is for cooling purposes, to limit the damage done to your skin by the heat.

HAIR IS NASTY LARRY. THE ONLY HAIR I HAVE IS ON MY HEAD AND A LITTLE BIT IN THE NETHER REGION. I KEEP THAT CLIPPED WITH THE NUMBER ONE GUARD AND THE CLIPPERS ADJUSTED ALL THE WAY DOWN.

HAIR IS BAD.

Nice, now you've got two things going for you:

1)ALL CAPS.
2)Referring to LARRY in your posts.

THE CAPS HAS BEEN HERE LONG BEFORE YOU AND WILL BE HERE LONG AFTER YOU.......LARRY.

Laser hair removal is cheaper than 10,000.

Also the gel is to desensitize your skin because it hurts. It's not necessary. It hurts less than getting a tattoo.

BADONK -- BADONK

What's that sound??? Oh, I know... It's the sound of my testicles dropping! YAY, I just hit puberty!

A cotton ball landing on a piece of felt would be louder than the sound of your nuts dropping.

Duck that ive seen ads in a paper i think somewhere for clinics in NYC that do certain body parts for chump change in comparison. They had one where they'd do your back for 500 bucks. This was laser , not pulse light, and no it wasn't some Joe Shmoe out of the back of his van either.

yes but sometimes the higher price is the better quality

im getting laser on my back and shoulders at the end of the month.

First session of 5 is 270.00us
every session after is 540US

The laser only kills hair that is currently in the "Growth" stage. So to get it all it takes up to 5 times.

I am hoping all my hair will be growing the first time so I can save some mega bucks!!

I'll tell you all how it goes! If it goes well I will get my chest and stomach done. The ingrown hairs on my chest are killing me from shaving.
