Sup, im 16 I DO NOT workout at all yet people tell me I have some big ass muscles is this due to my genes and if I really did workout do you guys think I have the workings of a true bodybuilder? No I am NOT some stupid newbie (the kind who goes into gnc and buys 48 hour miracle diets) I am actually quite educated on fitness and body building yet never applied myself due to my age.. anyways let me know heres my pic

im 16 too. i just started lifting weights this year. but iv always been cut in my arms. right now i do not work my arms (isolate) i work my upper body as one piece.

do you play any sports?

Nice double bicep pose though - looks like you may have the potential for some serious size.

Yea i'v got some clen and cytomel along with good cutting knowledge. I can get nicely cut off my current physique, I just didnt want to fuck with any bb drugs until I got older but I may start now (not anabolics), I have 200 20mg t3 cytomel's and 300 clenbuterol's @ 30mg I believe. I bought them a while back I have them out of the box in a bag hidden, theyve been out for a long time I hope that didnt fuck them up :(

I think getting cut is ok for your age. Just do 3-4 times cardio in the morning and you should start to get lean.

I2ancid, forget cutting.

you're 16.... you should be eating tons of good (free because you live at home) food, learning how to lift, then lifting like a madman, and getting big.
 
Wow, dude.. Starting drugs at 16? That's still a bit young, methinks.. I'm only 14, though, so it's not as if I'm a fountain of knowledge on the subject..
 
you look like an evil kid....you dont need the drugs...bulk right now! bulk till your 18 then cut up a month before you 18th birthday and pimp them young little hoes
 
I say hit the damn gym, eat like a starving hostage and get fucking strong. Then worry about the cutting up bullshit. thats my two cents

I have muscle you dont need to workout before going into cutting if you already have the muscle, right now im 6'0 and 200 alot of which is muscle I can run like the wind. 100 meter dash in 11.9 seconds. who says you need to 'workout' before cutting? im not some 120lb fuck head with no knowledge in fitness like most people my age

If you're 200 lbs and not fat and don't workout, do yourself a favor and get fucking nasty...

Do each of the following exercises once a week, for 4 years:

Deadlifts
Squats
Bench press

Thats all you have to do and worry about, and eat as much of you're moms homecookings as you possibly can.

Check back here in 4 years for all the cutting info you can handle.

I'm 27, bro, trust me on this. There's soooooooooooooooo much time for you to be cut....but get the mass now. asap.

your not going to get far on this board with an attitude like that little man. by the way your friends lied to you!
 
No way are you 200lbs at 6ft tall.

#1 your arms are not a hair over 13"

#2 your head is as wide as your chest and you have no V taper.

#3 you are not big at all, unless 90% of your mass is in your lower body (doubtful) you are not any bigger than 155 or 160.

You don't even lift weights (admittedly, and judging by your pic) yet you want to "cut" up with T3 and Clen???! You really need to gain some muscle mass through heavy weight lifting before you even think about dieting. If you do go through with a "diet", you will be nothing but skin and bones, dude. Oh, and start taking whatever medication it is that you are on. If you aren't on any meds, get some.

Dude, cutting should be the last thing on your mind at this point. You have tons testosterone flowing through your system. Use that to your advantage by spending at least 2 solid years of bulking. If you train and eat smart, you won't gain much fat at all. Then when you get decide to get shredded, you'll actually have some serious muscle to show off.

If you started cutting now, you'd be toothpick by the time you got into single digit bodyfat percents.

I'm not here to sound like an ass, but you are not ready for clen, or anything like it. Why don't you find out what you want to do first (maybe for 7 years or so), then decide which if any, drugs you wish to use.
 
Here's an idea..........lose your ego, go to the gym, apply your "vast" knowledge and then maybe you'll look like you actually exercise. This isn't a flame, it just amazes me how many of today's "kids" try and take the easy way out. If you "run like the wind", and look like you do in the picture, than maybe there are other reasons why you look like a soft 16 year old. Try eating clean foods and some lifting before hitting clenbuterol. At 28 years old, I can remember the good old days of eating all I could without gaining an ounce of fat-without beta-antagonists like clenbuterol. Your hormones should be really starting to kick in right now.

bro, you are good size for your age, but not nearly 6' 200lbs from my guess, just go to the gym and lift like hell and eat like hell, you'll easily be the biggest kid in your HS if you just go to the gym, almost no kids train right at that age.
