first i've seen people take shit on this board that started at 170 and look like hell, so don't start with the you should have waited shit and what not. i'm only a 5'10" and have a hard time breaking 210 naturally, should be a lot easier with your height and all to put on weight at 6'4"
so with that said, here we go...
yes i could have attained this naturally and have been bigger naturally in the past, but after a serious wrist injury in the winter i was unable to lift for 12+ weeks and lost a lot, so i wanted to gain back all of what i've worked for. that was the reason for only taking a fina only cycle: to get me back to where i was.
so far i've only done one big cycle and kept to small and simple ones b/c i never had a need to go big (never thought about bb). but now i decided i want to try and compete. so with my next cycle i want to break 240 in hopes the rest of my body will come around so i can possibly compete next summer in some local amateur stuff to see how that goes.
biggest i've been naturally has been 215-218 and a little bit leaner.
training is 5 day routine, sat/sun off
mon: chest/abs
tues: back/calves
wed: bis/tris/forearms
thurs: shoulders/abs
fri: legs/calves
