My pics: about 3 weeks post cycle.

ran fina for 6 weeks at 75mg ed, ran slin for the last week and half with fina and for about another week after it. dropped it b/c added too much fat with it.

haven't been at gym for about 2 weeks now, was having shin-splints in forearm since about week 3 of cycle and need time for it to heal before i start next cycle in a few weeks.

please critique.

yea my legs suck, but going to concentrate on them mostly in this next cycle, hopefully they will come around.
 
Ok. First. These results can be attained naturally.

Second I respect decisions but not people until they earn it. I apllaud the fact that you care enough about your physique to train. You put in the time and effort to put together programs.......or is that the whole AS illusion???????

Sorry man. I am calling you out. I wanna know why you decided to take all the AS and what your training looks like???............

I think I can help you find something more suitable for your weaknesses as well as maybe extend your life a couple years.
 
first i've seen people take shit on this board that started at 170 and look like hell, so don't start with the you should have waited shit and what not. i'm only a 5'10" and have a hard time breaking 210 naturally, should be a lot easier with your height and all to put on weight at 6'4"

so with that said, here we go...

yes i could have attained this naturally and have been bigger naturally in the past, but after a serious wrist injury in the winter i was unable to lift for 12+ weeks and lost a lot, so i wanted to gain back all of what i've worked for. that was the reason for only taking a fina only cycle: to get me back to where i was.

so far i've only done one big cycle and kept to small and simple ones b/c i never had a need to go big (never thought about bb). but now i decided i want to try and compete. so with my next cycle i want to break 240 in hopes the rest of my body will come around so i can possibly compete next summer in some local amateur stuff to see how that goes.

biggest i've been naturally has been 215-218 and a little bit leaner.

training is 5 day routine, sat/sun off
mon: chest/abs
tues: back/calves
wed: bis/tris/forearms
thurs: shoulders/abs
fri: legs/calves

I think I see where the hammer is going with this... Your legs are lagging... I think some squats and deads would put some serious muscle on your frame.

Otherwise great work... I am 5' 10" too and at one point I bulked up to 238... now I am cut down to 215 at 8-10%... Don't be afraid to break some eggs making that omelet... meaning, if you have to bulk to gain muscle then do it... Dieting and leaning out isn't really that hard when you build tons of muscle underneath.

I would say you are around 13-15% BF... it is hard to tell, but that is my guess.
 
i'd say bodyfat is 15%+ and legs needing work is an understatement. take a picture of your legs and post it somewhere you can see it before every work out. i hope it pisses you off so bad all you think about is making those matchsticks into tree trunks. you can do it. don't be afraid of the work
 
I wont jump on you about gear because its your choice and people bitch at me for going on to early and it bugs me aswell. but what I do think needs work is slimming the waist,widen lats so you have the v taper and legs def,but you already knew that,might I reccomend trying 5x5 routine for legs or maybe full body if you havent thought or tried it already. good luck

first i was thinking bf was 15-16%

my leg routine is inconsistent so no need of posting it. I decided to start the 5x5 routine starting monday.

thanx for all your comments and suggestions.
 
well it was
leg ext: 2 sets x 20 reps
squats: 5 x 8-12
leg ext: 3 x 6-10
deep squats: 3 x 8-10
lying leg lifts: 4 x 8-12

but going with the 5 x 5 mon

squats 5x5
leg press 2x8-10
stiff legged deads 2x8-10
leg curls 2x8-10
 
Front Squats x4 (quads)
SL Deads x4 (hams)
Lunges x3 (hams+quads)
Leg Extensions x3 (quads)
Leg Curls x3 (hams)

This is what I am doing now... I definitely like your last routine the best.
 
beyond sets and numbers to make the lower body (entire body)grow as one institute compound movements. Exercises like extensions/curls/lunges are secondary to squats /gms/presses. Not even mentioning deadlifts lol. Go heavy brutha.
 
The lighting in the pics makes it kind of hard for me to comment on, your arms and shoulders are big though. I think the kids are being a little hard on ya.
