so i never used anabolics. so could anybody tell me if i have good basics or i should wait and try anabolics in 1 year ?

You have a good base. As long as you are ready and have done the research you should do fine. Stick around for the next year and you will become a genius!

DO I KNOW HOW TO TRAIN?
DO I KNOW HOW TO DIET?
HAVE I TRAINED NATURALLY FOR ENOUGH TIME?

IF YOU ANSWER "YES" TO ALL THE QUESTIONS, WELCOME TO A NEW LIFE BRO. :D GOOD LUCK
 
don't waste your $$$$ how about lifting some weights? What i mean by that is you have spent enough time in the gym yet...goddamn i lited for 7 years and weighed 220 before i even thought of drugs...do basic exercises don't get carried away with the # of sets you do and learn some nutrition.
 
lol first two pics are the newest. so i guess i have pretty good basics. i just take protein. thats it :)

i have pretty huge arms for a guy who just take about 50gr of protein per day .

oh boy ......... yeah your huge ... ill lay it out for you ... Your a little puffy fella ... you BF is high your LBM is low, you look like you have some gyno from puberty or enviromental estrogens . You need to clean up your diet , do some cardio , and concentrate on the basic compound movements ... stop back in a year or so ... let us know how your doing.
 
be good if you dropped a few bf% first..you won't be so fat when you put on 30 pounds....and will look better..also easier on the body

First of all, 16 1/2 inch arms are by no means "huge" especially when they are about 14 inches of fat. No flame intended but bro, you really need to learn about your body and nutrition before you think about starting any type of as.
Get some Ripped Fuel or an e/c/a stack and lose some of that bf first.
And 50 grams of protein a day???? Come on man, you should know you need a lot more than that.
Like everyone else is saying:
Train natuarally for awhile, get a good diet going, and learn about your body for awhile.
You should be in no hurry to start as. If you don't know anything about nutrition, training, and as, then you'll just be wastin your money.
Just my opinion bro.

You'd probably look pretty good if you dumped some bodyfat and eat more protein (50g grams is nothing your average joe not trying takes in that amount)
 
Lifted for 7 years naturally - before I even started using gear I was 190/5'8" 6-7% body fat. You haven't been doing enough in the gym - I would suggest you work alot harder before going this route. Besides, there are alot of clowns :rolleyes: who use AAS early on in training without paying their dues.

Pay your dues, don't be a clown :D

i think your gyno ate your traps :eek: ! and your not really wearing a calculator watch are you ??? if you are add some protien and hours to in the gym to your routine, then sit on a pin....
