Yeah it works but the quality of the pictures is poor and you can't see to much to critique. Why don't you put a snowmobile suit on and put those pics up we could see you alot better.

it worked for me....not bad pics..nothing to be nervous about posting..lol...is that your first cycle?.......good luck on getting to 225...keep us posted as well over here

Why do you do these worthless cable exercises? Don't waste your time on those.


are u kidding me.....cables are great IMO.....incline chest with them....nice stretch...good form...great pump....crossovers......great for biceps....triceps.......

Im a big fan of cables personally....that and hammerstrength..as far as "machines" go....

free weights are great too..however at my gym..i always work out alone...and there are a bunch of pretty boy trainers there..and corny people working out....id prolly kill myself when going too heavy..lol

i would try and go heavier on barbell curls especially if you are trying to gain size. also the cable exercises that you were doing i think are a joke, just my opinion. try doing reverse pushdowns (1-arm) and regular pushdowns, arm by your side, gets a little more mass, plus you use more weight, the one you were doing uses a lot of other muscles to balance the weight at your side like that.
