you dont look too bad to me. i was a skinny runt until my senior year of high school and i just got sick of the slow but sure gains and loaded upon sust and deca and was not at my genetic potential by any means but i have now long surpassed it. your just geting there quicker. eat a lot and eat clean and juice a lot and you will look bad ass bro, never quit even when you get in a rut.
