My pct please critique?

Starting monday i will start my pct from 14 weeks teste 500mg/week, deca at 400/week for 10 weeks and dbol for the first 4 weeks at 30mg/day.... i am thinking...
-week 1-2 clomid 100mg + nolva 40mg
-week 2-4 clomid 50mg + nolva 20mg

First shot of HCG 1000iu eod for 10 days... please critique and help out any flaws i have here thanks bros

Your ok with Nolva for PCT after a run with 19nors as long as your at least two weeks out from starting the nolva to finishing your run. Also I see no reason to run both Nolva and clomid together. I know some guys do this but for me Nolva on it's own works just fine and at 20mgs/ED. No need to go higher than this. Run the Nolva in combination with Testosterone Recovery Stack as well as the HCG. I prefer the HCG at 500/ED rather than the 1000 but that should still work if your set on doing that way. Much better to run HCG on cycle rather than you are as this leads to an optimum recovery so keep this in mind next time. I have done both ways and on cycle is an improvement.

Good advice here. I would just stick with the Nolva and the Testosterone Recovery Stack.

Start the hCG as soon as you can. You probably would be fine with 500iu shot every 4 days. [5 shots]

50 Mgs Clomid per day, Full Dose or Exemestane Each day at 20 mgs per day
BOTH for 3-4 weeks 2 weeks after last shot of Long esters or 4 days after Last shot of Short Esters

Unleashed with post cycle
Adex .5 mgs a day

thanks alot for all great info on here... my last shot of deca was almost 4 weeks ago and test 2 weeks ago this monday

Ok, in this case I would start 500iu of hCG now, and shoot every 5 days for 4 more shots. Then start PCT after that.

Next time use hCG during the cycle bro, and avoid it for PCT. This will allow you to recovery faster.

there is nothing wrong with nolva...you could throw in sustain also.. i cant comment on useing clomid and nolva together as i never have...
im on my 7th cycle and ive only used nolva for pct...my test levels came back mid 600s out of mid 800s..so noolva obviously works..and that was 10 weeks of tren
hcg i would do 500iu ed until 2 days before pct starts
