-750mg sustanon w1-10
-20mg nolvadex/ed (I can't have liquidex ou ari.)

My goal is to cut, to harden and add a muscle quality. How do you find the dosage? Must I reduce to 500mg/w for the sustanon?

Do not run the Nolva through out.....How bout some D-Bol to "kick start" your cycle ? and Why can't you use Liquidex or Arimidex ? Send me an e-mail if you need any help..Good luck
