stats:

5'10, 234 pounds , bf%9-10

goal: 245 pounds, 8-9%bf, gonna take it to the next level :)

currently about to start crusing for 3-4 weeks before next blast, stocking up on gear and wanted to know what yous think before i stock up

im going to be on university holidays over summer so ill have all the time to focus on good high calorie nutirion, proper training and sleep

proposed blast

Tren eth 600mg weekly, weeks 1-9
test cyp 500mg weekly, weeks 1-9
NPP 25mg EOD, weeks 1-9
T3 15mcg ED
Letro .3mg ED

wat u guys think?
 
Looks good though I'd drop the T3, unless you're looking to hit a certain weight for a contest or show. Weight loss from T3 lasts only as long as you're on the T3 and you can expect to gain even more back once you go off and are suppressed. And T3 eats muscle and as you already discovered, affects pumps and strength.
 
t-3 at that low of a dose probably will not have much impact, your body naturally puts out about 50mcg/ed
 
I would do more test and less tren. Why not try 750mg ew test and 250-350 tren?

I could be full of shit, but I hear pretty much all the pro's use a very solid amount of test, usually as the base. You should be able to keep the bloat tolerable with letro even as prone to bloat as you are.
 
I think with that planned cycle that it will really come down to food intake. I know you get plenty of protein so the cals are going to have to go up. Total calorie intake is a huge drive to bodyweight gains and high protein alone isn't enough.

That said, I have no doubt considering where you are that you can hit a pretty solid 250 on this next cycle if the food is there.

I agree with you on your tren now. It makes sense to prioritize the compound you respond best to.
 
It looks ok for what your saying about bloat , i run same mgs of tren E and its my sweet spot love that shit , T3 is a nice thought but i agree drop it at that dose .
