i have adex, letro, nolva, clomid, cycle support on hand also and will use as needed.

for 6 wks then back to trt 150mg test ew

stats:
31yo 5'5'' 230+lb 18-22% bf meso/endo

diet:
im going to up my protein from 600g ed to 700g ed and cut carbs and fat a little to keep my 7000 cal intake. this will be my last bulker before i do my first pre contest cut. i cant wait to see wtf i look like at 6% bf. but im squeezing this last bulker in.

now i need to look into who im going to compete with. non tested of course. any suggestions. my ultimate goal is to be ifbb pro.
 
wow bro, 700g protien the crazy I dont think i could ever eat that much protien in one day

its definately a pain in the ass to keep up with the 600g im on now. can only eat so many hamburgers in a day before your ready to puke

lol i bet bro, you stomach must be in nots, are you taking any enzymes like papaya to help with digestion and better absorption??
 
Wow that is the most protein I have ever heard of someone consuming per day in my life!!! I hope you reach your goals of becoming a pro!! You certainly have a lot of determination, discipline and will power to consistently eat that much. When I manage to get in 300 grams a day I am happy! Can't imagine 700!!! All the best in reaching your goal one day!!
 
Hey Joe can you post your diet up. I struggle with getting all the protien and cals I need to continue to grow. I think it would be a big help to alot of bro's. Thank's.
 
5'5" 230? Packed for a little dude eh? lol 700grams is a bit much IMO...I try for 7 meals a day when im following what I should be eating....still that would be 100grams per meal your body isnt going to absorb it your going to shit it out

yep it doesnt bother my stomach its just a pain in the ass to cook and eat all day lol
 
heres a quick sample day of diet.

1:
3 burger patties
14oz sweet tater
serving broccoli
glass of milk

2:
shake in milk

3:
train
50+g of sugar 20g of whey still at gym

4:
9oz chicken breast
spinach
2 cups oats

5:
shake in milk with pb

sleap 6 hours

6:
12 oz buffalo
14oz sweet tater
broccoli

7:
shake in milk

8:
12 whole eggs
4 slices of whole grain bread
broccoli & almonds

sleap 5-6 hours

9:
shake in milk

that is it or verry similar on most days.

any tips on where to start with the untested comps?
 
damn joe, you could probably feed etheopia for a week on what you eat in one day lol.. so you sleep in intervals??? Thats what it seems like you're doing

lol i break my sleap so i can get a couple meals in. i cant go 10 hours with no food i would lose to much.

its both. i sold my landscaping company a few years ago when i got serous about body building because of the negative effects it had. i expanded my girlfriends e-business and we now run that together. its mostly paper work and phone calls for me and most of that can be done at any time. my body building is an all day and night thing for me. i have no free time but i love it and my family is in full support. i take all the kids to karate 3 times per wk cook and eat with them once per day spend 1/2 hour ed with my gf other than work and thats it the rest of my time is occupied by bb'ing.

you must have overlooked the details involved. 4 kids, 1 gf, huge diet, own your own business in america right now = work around the clock and stay broke lol. stay working for someone else and wear a condom or 2 and enjoy life. j/k its all worth it.
 
have you ever thought about hiring someone who could actually help guide you? i know plenty of consultants who know how to do what youre attempting to do without making the mistakes you are. 700 grams of protein? if you are serious about turning pro, get help from people who know what they are doing or you are going to waste time and plenty of money.
 
12 whole eggs? Too much cholestrol bro...im not trying to flame but your diet needs work IMO....what is the 50 grams whey and 20 grams sugar while still at gym? you mean while your working out? Alot of your meals lack good fat like EVOO...what kind of shake are you mixing with the milk?

my diet verry good and my cholesterol levels are fine at 280. the 12 eggs are omega eggs, the meal at gym is as soon is im done my last stretch after my last lift i go sit and eat. i use different shakes at different times. im not saying that i couldnt eat healthier but i would bet my life that my diet couldnt get much better for building. not to sound like a dick here but there aint no way a stranger is going to be able to improve my diet for me. it comes from years of research on my own body and how it responds to foods. just like i couldnt improve any one elses diet that has done the same as i have. it doesnt work that way we are all different.

Yes without knowing you I couldnt go into specifics. I hate those omega eggs they give me the worst gas lol...20 grams sugar is not enough to cause an insulin spike especially someone your size if your using dextrose or maltodextrin. You would get better gains from eating something lean like chicken or turkey having some fat like PB or almonds and a good complex carb like brown rice or oatmeal as a pre workout meal than just a shake and milk.
 
i use 50g of sugar and beef is the best protein for me turky blows. we have egg gas thing in common though lol. thanks for the imput but again im not looking to change my diet strategy especially to change the whole thing around like im starting from scratch. i have put on quite a bit of size with what im doing now and am still growing. it would be kind of stupid to make such drastic changes to it. also my fat intake is high and i do put additives in most of my shakes like evoo i also use it in a lot of what i cook.

It was wicked gas, I buy mine at a local farm now and dont get gas at all from them and they taste better I get the jumbo's too. Id be eating some fuckin crabcakes if I was down by you:)

lol yeah they are hard to resist. i am also in philly once in a while and those cheese steaks are even harder to pass up. i did eat one a couple of months ago.
