Since I pretty much designed the cycle I'll answer your questions, hvywghtchamp..

Clomid will start 3-5 days after the last shot of Test prop.

Winny is very fast acting, it doesn't need to build up in the system like enanthate or EQ. So, yes it works fine for 4 weeks.
