I've been doing it since November and I've put on right at 10 lbs. with no noticeable fat gains (haven't had it measured, but I look at my gorgeous body every day). :heart:

I really wouldnt care who my daughter/sister dated when she was 19. Its out of my hands at that time. It is the girls body and life. let her do what she wants with it.
