My montage

I'll be brutally honest. Your exercise selection sucks donkey dick. You could achieve even better results using the basics like barbell full squat, deadlift, bench, row etc etc.

Maybe you do these, but at first I thought your video was a joke with all the machines and cables.

That being said you look good and have good potential. You need to train your legs harder.

At 21 you have a shit ton of time left to improve. Learn about training. Check out the training information vault in the weightlifting forum section.

Gratz on your progress. Start training with better exercises and in time you could be awesome.

I didnt mean to be harsh but I also didnt think it was a serious video as some of your movments lookded rushed and lazy. Could just be because you wer being filmed tho. I think If I was you I would cut. Depends what you want tho. You could easily add more weight in a bulk and look good and you could also cut and still ahve enough muscle left to look shredded. Depends what you personaly like tho.

However if your doing the male model search I would possibly cut as its the cut figure most magazines will go for.

some gyms dont have proper equipment where you are forced to use machines and cables. i went to the same brand gym as mine in another city (wont name which cause i dont want to bash them on here) it was maybe a quarter of the size and they had a very poor selection of equipment. specifically there was no place to do deadlifts, squats.. they just lacked the space unless you wanted to get create and steal one of the bench bars and take it into the class section then lug weights into there and spend 15 minutes setting it all up.. then spend another 15 putting it all back and hoping no one gets pissed cause there are only 2 bench press bars there.

I do have to say it was cheaper rate so as the cliche goes you get what you pay for. the better gym in the area charges 4X as much. but not everyone can afford that i suppose. luckily the gym i go to has everything so i am very pleased.
 
i lift isolation style

so say for arms i do

barbell curls
preacher curls
hammer (either dumbbells or cables)
and other iso exercises

for tris i do

close grip bench
french press
skull crushers
pulldowns
pullbacks
dips when my joints feel well enough

etc

this is just one exercise not the only exercise i do for that muscle group

maybe i should make one for compound movements and core exercises

my quads are well built my lower legs wont grow

Every muscle grows :) it just needs the correct training. What does yours look like for lower les mate?

for legs i do

an alteration between

squats, front squads, box squads, wide grip squats
straight legged deadlifts for hamstrings
calf extensions
shin lifts
and some of the circuit machines
 
I say bulk up man.. I'm about to start.. you're more covered up in the fall/winter.. and there's a lot of good food around.
