I'll be brutally honest. Your exercise selection sucks donkey dick. You could achieve even better results using the basics like barbell full squat, deadlift, bench, row etc etc.
Maybe you do these, but at first I thought your video was a joke with all the machines and cables.
That being said you look good and have good potential. You need to train your legs harder.
At 21 you have a shit ton of time left to improve. Learn about training. Check out the training information vault in the weightlifting forum section.
Gratz on your progress. Start training with better exercises and in time you could be awesome.
