Here is my plan, it may be tweaked especially if someone points out a better way for me to run it but so far here is out it will look.
Stats - 6'1, 180lbs, 14-16%bf(approx, maybe less) I've run some aas and ph's before, if you really need to know look in other posts of mine.
Goals: My goals of this cycle are to lower my body fat percentage as much as possible while building only dry, lean gains.
Right now I'm just running some support supps I will outline below, and on January 23rd I will start my cycle. But what I am running now I will run straight through my cycle and pct.
Supporting Supps: Starting suppot supps January 2nd, will run until Summer most likely
Morning - 1 milk thistle, 1 flax oil, 1 CLA, 1 DX7 multi, 8grams BCAA's
Lunch - 1 milk thistle, 1 flax oil, 1 CLA,
Supper - 1 milk thistle, 1 flaxoil, 1 CLA, 1 DX7 multi
Evening - 1 Flax oil, 1 CLA, 8 grams BCAA's
(This is a typical day, I will most likely have more BCAA's throughout the day esp pre/post workout)
Cycle:
Weeks
1-6 250 mg of Katandrol (2 caps Morning, 1 cap lunch, 2 caps supper)
1-6 RS Transderm (As Directed)
1-4 75/75/100/100mg of Helladrol (spread out throughout the day - I've never taken Helladrol that's why I am starting with 75mg - Took beastdrol before though)
1-4 50mg of proviron a day (1 morning, 1 supper)
4-8 50mg of Anavar a day (1 morning, 1 supper)
6-8 Formastanzonl (as directed)
6-8 HC Generate ( 3 caps a day spread out)
Post Cycle
8-12 Formastanzonl (as directed)
8-12 (post cycle + unleashed)
8-12 HC generate (5 caps a day spread out)
POST Post cycle:
12-16 - Sarms at 50mg ED
Workout:
I will either be doing Starting Strength or Wendler 5/3/1 into a two-day split
Boxing/MT/MMA on other days
Pre Workout:
BCAA powder and N2KTS
