my lunch

Yes. I just ate yogurt with chocolate whey protein. I'll go fix you one. I spilled it all over my fucking keyboard too.
 
My total protein content count for the day should top a whopping 100 grams.

WATCH OUT, BIG MAN COMING THROUGH! :(
 
There's 25g protein in a double cheeseburger. Just go to McDs and load up. And if you need some extra muscle-building calories, get a big mac.
 
Tuna, salad, cottage cheese, 2 boiled eggs, 2 cups of milk, and assorted fruit bowl w/ strawberries, blueberries, peaches and pears....mmmmm good stuff
 
Sometimes I just throw whatever I can think of into a pan. I'm bulking right now, so I'm trying to be creative. I concocted this mystery mix that isn't too bad. It has:

1 can of salmon
5 pieces of chopped turkey bacon.
3 chopped, boiled eggs
1/c chopped onion
4- 1/4" cubes of cheddar cheese
4- 1/4" cubes of monterey jack
1 cup of liquid eggs

I think I'm huger already.
