before this i was feeling a tight sensation in my hip flexor, i was squatting and i was trying someones advice on here to not lock out all the way and i was doing 265 a weight i can rep easily 15 times , and on the 5th rep i went down and pop, i finished the lift racked it and damn my back was stiff, i finished my workout (upper body)and even ran 2 miles but fuck was i hurting when i got back home, this morning wasnt to bad , and now its much better but still stiff, this happened before bout 2 years ago but much more severe, i hate this shit i guess i need to stretch more
