My left shoulder is numb...

i thought my arm was asleep when i woke up but then i got up to take off my sweater and my shoulder felt weird. when i move my arm up i can feel that my shoulder is numb. i guess when i have to actually use my shoulder i can feel it. its not so much the top of my shoulder but the side delt. i do inject in it a lot and was wondering if that is the problem. never had this before and its a bit weird.

If you inject a lot it could be inflammation impinging on the nerve....stay away from the site and see if it clears up....

u may have just slept on it wrong and twisted it during the night, if it doesnt resolve itself in a day or so go to a doc, u might have a pinched nerve

3 days is a long time for this shit to still be numb, not as numb as it was before but still kinda bothering me

drveejay or someone did a post recently about places not to inject into because of possible nerve damage. He mentioned delts and tricep. I decided not to inject there anymore. I'm pretty sure the post was this week. Hope it gets better bro.
