All,
Over the past 10 years i've had a crazy bodybuilding journey. My body went from 150lbs---> 170lbs naturally and than from 170lbs to 195lbs on a cycle designed for me from a respected professional in this community. The cycle was developed with a proper diet using dog crap training.
Despite many prophylactics I developed gyno, this resulted in a bi-lateral mastectomy. After the procedure and a clean bill of health I swore off supplements, especially super supplements.
I transitioned into cross-fit and seal-fit ultimately weighing in at 145lbs.
Now i'm looking to start gaining weight and focusing on gaining positive size and strength as I move into early 30's. I understand the task will be cumbersome with only using a pre-work out, creatine, and BCAA's but I look forward to it.
My plan is to cycle 12 weeks of DC followed by 4 weeks of seal-fit, any opinions?
