My plan is to do 50mcg gensci IGF spread between morning and postworkout for 4 weeks. Should I do 20mcg in the morn and 30 pw, or just split it evenly??
Also, do I need to monitor ketones while on this cycle? I've seen some journals and it seems like people are using them...
