I got all the attachments except the preacher curl, pec dec, and seated foot row brace( which I should've this one's important)

lmao no it is not a smith machine! It's like a half cage... Multi-press rack.. You could see it better I guess from the second link I put there in my post

I have this exact same thing in my gym, exactly as you have it with the lat station and dip station. I love it, have had no issues with it at all, except that if I had to do it over I would have bought a full cage from NY Barbell. Nice piece of gear, except how the hell did you pay $1200 for it? Shouldn't have been that much.

My sentiments exactly.......that's rape in the US......for $1,200, you could have gotten a nice bowfle.....err....nevermind.........I'll stick to the gym.......I'm lost without heavy d-bells.........

I used to have the bowflex. Ordered it when I was under the influence. I used it for a month and sold it. I got some results, but not what I was looking for.

How much did you sell it for?

I had a bowflex also and sold it, I just wish that they're resistance is actual, bowflex 300 lbs is 150 lbs in weight plates

Yeah, I guess if you add the bench and weights you can get up there. I bought mine in pieces; first the bench, then the rack, later the latpulldown, last the dip station. Actually last was the leg press. I wasn't slagging your choice, like I said mine is exactly the same. Just that now that I have 4 years working out at home I would have gone with a full cage, like this one: http://www.newyorkbarbells.tv/8510.html

Safer for squats when you go heavy. You will want dumbbells too. I slowly built up my set from 15 to 100 pounds as I got stronger, now I need more....

I think the new Crossbow Platinum (www.platinumcrossbow.com) is probably better than any of the versions of the bowflex. The Crossbow's squat attachment(which reminds of a hack squat machine) seems cool
Too bad I know their weight resistance is probably not EXACT.

what I like about the bowflex is the resisted crunches and the seated back extensions I can do with it.

Machine's like the crossbow and bowflex are safer though..
