hey bros i frontloaded sust at 1250mgs last wk and am now running 750mgs for 7 more weeks

my head really hurts, my body aches a wee bit, and my throat hurt this morning but is fine now , i woke up with my lungs feeling sore, but now there ok, right now i just have a bad headach and my body doesnt feel 100% id say more like 55%

could this be sust flu, or do you think it is something else

Well I agree what Bouncer said and i will add my own experiences,everytime I start a new cycle after the first injection I start feeling a little sqeezing in my head then i notice sinus drainage in my throat very little but when this happens it goes to my lungs while sleeping everytime and here comes the fever & chills and feeling like dog mess and i believe that is what causes me to get the flu while on the doc calls it Sinobronchial syndrome, I call it the SUS flu just my opinion. Now wheres my karma

ok just checked the thermo and it is about 3 degrees above room temp, but i am freezing, is this one of the sysmptoms from sust/omna, because i am freezing and i wearing joggers with a big blanket draped over me and im cold

should i assume 95% that its the sust flu?

Hmm, i am running Sust250 FL 750ml, 500ml a week as from friday... Hopefully i dont get this.

I take it is effecting your training to

Have you tryed taking Beechams, or Ibuprofin to compat the flu like effects at all ?

no nothing.......... i dont beleive in painkillers, when i broke my leg, and when i sprained my leg, i refussed to take any pain0killers,

i just dont believe in them, i just see them as bad, going to the gym today ill tell ya how it goes, btw the headache is down quite a bit

headach is gone, so is coughing and im still getting mild chills,
and throat is still a little tender

i actually feel 3 times better than yesterday, and now after i just took a shower, i feel like 90% i feel much better now, no chills, headache, just a scratchy throat, i went from having the chills last night to being super sweaty this morning and hot , well i feel great now, i hope this is gone tommorow

BTW: i should still train right?, because i am, and im still eating 4000 cals/day with 300 grms of prtn
