Those are both pretty cheap, and seem to be a good buy. I only need the small amount of protein Designer gives and from what I hear, it tastes better than most. Maybe even the best. Are those products good? And my reasons for Glutamine are correct, yes? The 'Anti-Catabolic' effect it has on you, to stop muscle from breaking down?

Anyone have any experience on this? Does Glutamine really work? They make it sound believeable but it could just be a bunch of bullshit.

BTW I use a lot of glutamine, I get 25 grams a day in my carb and protein drinks.

I guess it works - shrug

I was planning on taking 10-15gs a day. The protein powder I use has 2g or so per drink, and I only need one of those a day, and then 2 things of Glutamine a day (once after my workout with the shake, and then again before bed, the major times where muscle replenishes) which gives me 12gs! And it's $46.95 for a thing that has 200 servings of Glutamine... That means 100 days of it, before I replace it. Oh yes.

Legion...Why do you think you only need 1 protein shake per day? But anyways...Try proteinfactory.com , they have much cheaper per pound proteins....So does DSPnutrition.com

I don't care for protein shakes. I get enough from the food I eat daily. As for glutamine, I took some, but for a short period of time, so I dunno about it.
