Heat it before you inject it. I'm using testonon 250 also and the first couple of shots I was sore as hell for 3-4 days. I was taking like 8 advils a day. Run the bottle under scolding hot water and then again heat the oil with hot water when it's in the syringe, I've had almost zero pain since that. Less than soreness after squatting now. And no, I do not dilute it.

This is exactly what I did 3 hours ago.. it works. The heating pad helps. Also, the more you keep that ass cheek active, the less the pain develops. Try taking a job or something within 6 hours of the stick....

This stuff hurts worse then any other sus I have had, nile was a cake walk compared to this shit. Lot no#002.

Can you heat this stuff up with pin in it to let the damn Bezyl alcohol out of it.... Anyone tried this technique with out breaking down the test? Can you like put in the oven with a pin in to let it evaporate the alcohol like at 200 or so degree's ? Let me know cuz I like my test I just don't like the bite of this brand....

i took my second shot last night. no pain at all. First shot hurt just had to suck it up a little. The biggest thing is stayin relaxed cause the dudes i know tense up cause they know the shit is gonna hurt. I take mine with deca but tomorrow i will be takin test only and i plan on runnin some water on the needle and bottle like the other bro said. It also seems the be a little active after shootin. Dont just sit around. Get the blood flowin through your ass. And i dont reccomend quad injects cause then you might need a wheel chair. I have lot 002. I know my other bro's are havin alot of pain from this shit also. But you just have to suck it up .peace

do not and i repeat do not try to massage it in a whirlpool,i used it to massage the sore cheek from fri and then the one from today ,well the oen from friday does not hurt but the oen from today not hurts after the whirlpool

I have a similar post about t-400 and can not find a solution, One I do not recommend is to mix it with primo, that stuff is just too thick and makes it even more sore.

I gave my self 1cc in each glute last night t-400 (400mg each side) and it hurts like heck tonight.

This is the thrid week on this gear and I have not found the solution to the injection problem.

Man Yak..... I should be all over this one... but I will hold off...anyone ever thought of adding a tad of lidocaine to deaden the pain?? Or would this be too dangerous to do???
