My friend has a lump where he injected, what is it?

He says it doesn't hurt, but he has a lump, like a ball inside his quad. He showed me and I can kind of see it. It's not discolored, and like i said, he said it doesn't hurt, but he asked me what it was (it's his first cycle) and I had no idea. Any of you guys out there have any idea?

I'm no expert, but I experienced a similar thing on my arm a couple years back...he may have used too short of a pin, and the gear didn't make it the the muscle, rather stayed subdermal....in my case I just waited it out...it was not neccesarily a lump, but it was hard as a rock for a couple weeks until the gear dissipated

Yep Had em before, Massage with a hot washcloth several times per day.
